i've got a sweet tooth that can't be tamed.
for my baking adventures this weekend i turned to ourbestbites instead of my typical bakerella. i made these oh so easy and very yummy mini pie cookies. go here for the directions.
you
take your store bought pie crust and cut it to fit in your mini muffin
pan. 2.75 inches works great, i just happen to be so classy that a
"wine" glass was the only thing i had that worked.
you
mix up some sugar, butter, flour, eggs, and vanilla for the filling.
very simple. i made half as ourbestbites suggests with mini chocolate
chips and pecans, and the other half with mini m&m's. the mini
m&m's were the winners in my book.
here's
the gooey, flakey goodness. make sure you take them out while they're
still warm because it's a lot easier. and obviously eating them while
they're warm is much better, and with ice cream is perfect.
