bouquets of newly sharpened pencils

with school starting and all, we decided to take one final summer trip.

it was a quick trip to orlando and back. we went to the temple with just the two of us, which i feel like we haven't done in forever, it was nice. i also love how every time we go we see people that we know there. it's a small world after all. after the temple we went to the florida mall on possibly the worst day everrrr. the saturday before school starts is a day to avoid the mall, and on top of that there was also some kind of festival going on with bands and tables set up all over the place.

we wound up in m&m world, which we'd never seen before, and it was beautiful.

the funniest part is that we put more m&m's in this bag than we meant to, so when we weighed it and saw it was going to be $13 for m&m's we quickly ditched them on a shelf and high tailed it out of there. 

how silly (us and the price).

i've been saying for the past couple weeks i'm ready for brett to go back to school since i wake up everyday before him to go to work, but i was thinking about it and i really prefer summertime brett to school brett.

 this year meant grad tuition fees for brett, ouch.

the crazy thing also is that this is my first fall since i was a child that i haven't been in school (even though last year it was on the teaching end).

i won't be gone for long though, gre here i come.
