today we went a huntin' for pumpkins.
we searched through all of the mediocre, cute, and downright disturbing pumpkins for the perfect little guys to carve up. (note: i will be carving, and brett says he will be throwing the pumpkins at the focus... hmmm, we'll see about that.)
after we bought our pumpykins and downed some bake sale goods, us and the other couples we came with had a little photoshoot. apparently most of the people who like to do photoshoots in pumpkin patches are people with little tikes, but we like to be different. we restrained ourselves though and didn't do pictures at the "stick your face in the cutout hole so you look like a giant pumpkin" board like all the little kids.
couldn't our picture use a little munchkin in it?
i can't wait to carve, the only question is when?!
i'm concocting a (hopefully) brilliant costume for this week's trunk or treat! all i've gotta say is, there's papier mache involved, foam, tissue paper, and a pool noodle....
happy fall y'all!
watch out for the great pumpkin!
p.s. our newest niecey came today!
yay for lolly and sweet baby g!
that makes niece number cinco.

i'm not hinting at anything! we just didn't have a photoshoot with a little kid like everyone else at the place.
