easy embroidery hoop art

as usual, i surfed my way across the great wide internet and found an awesome crafting idea, then never bookmarked it, so now it is lost in the abyss forever. i'll learn one day, i promise, but for now i can only apologize that i can't give credit to the smarty pants who came up with this idea.

you'll need:

embroidery hoop
pencil
scissors
scrapbook paper
cookie sheet of water
spray adhesive (optional)

such an easy project, here's what ya gotta do:

trace your hoop on the back of your paper
cut it out with a half inch border
soak it in water (at least get the edges wet)
now that it's wet it will easily wrap onto the hoop
let dry
voila!

optional:
let dry
using spray adhesive (it's lighter than regular glue), attach a shape of your liking: pumpkins for fall, stars for the fourth of july, the possibilities are endless!
