happy fourth

 we spent the fourth of july in jacksonville again.

 me and emme took a little run on saturday morning.

the boys sailed.

the girls plus will shopped.

we went to church.

bill taught the exact same lesson in sunday school as last year. dejavu.

we learned our abc's from emme.

we did sparklers.

we walked in a neighborhood parade of kids.

we ate ice cream at the end of the parade from an ice cream truck. 

bill sprayed ice cream emme down. she didn't appreciate it. (billy madison anyone?)

we were crazy and stayed to watch the fireworks in jax then drove home after. it was worth it though, emme's reaction to her first fireworks was so cute. she was pretty much more preoccupied with all the smoke they made. and no big deal but she wanted me during the fireworks, "i wanna hold freya!". i felt so loved!


here's the finale of the fireworks. they're legit. emme's two year old attention span was done with them way before that though so she was really excited for them to be done. "we did it!"

it was a great weekend. emme's a little smarty and will's an angel.
i'm so sad emme can say freya now instead of fweya, but she still calls brett mycle brett. ha soo cute.
