the poor kid had a big group presentation on his birthday so he couldn't really start enjoying it until after 5 o'clock. brett picked me up from work and we met up with jp and ashton at red elephant. then after some indecisiveness about what to do for the big night (us? indecisive? no!), we decided to spend his big night bowling!

bowling at 9:30 at night? sheesh you'd think we were single and carefree again.
then on his birthday weekend, and despite what he really wanted, i threw him a party! my bad brett, but party planning is just so fun! he said i'm not allowed to throw a party for three more years, yeah we'll just see about that. i must admit it did spiral out of control rather quickly, our house can barely contain our family let alone friends too!
even the out of towners bill and katie and emily and david made it! thanks guys for coming!

Woo hoo! You are definitely a party planning machine.
Also, Cory is still talking about the cupcake frosting. And he's not even a foodie type of person. Like at all. So I'm going to need that recipe. Hopefully its up on the outlet!
