this time after graduation has been pretty anticlimactic. prepping for the boards means he's been studying just as much as he ever did. most of the jobs he's applied to have told him to reapply after he passes. i'm ready for the waiting period (or as lindy so wisely put it, our arrested development) to be over. i want to start making plans for the next phase of our life.
brett realized studying at home during the day wasn't very effective (too easy to get distracted/nap) so he's been going up to panera every day. sometimes i meet him for lunch.
why panera instead of the library? they don't have unlimited soda at the library...
p.s. and with a blog post title like that, i'd be remiss if i didn't link to some arrested development that's a lot funnier than ours.
p.s.s. since we're already on the subject of arrested development, raise your hand if you like to sing the call me maybe song as "call me maeby". we're guilty. also, have you seen jimmy's version here?
