orlando

i took friday off work so we could go down to orlando to spend some time with todd and sarah and go to the temple before things get crazy for brett with school. we made the visit to their new place in orlando just in time before they move on to tampa too!

we went straight to the temple when we got there. being at the temple felt so good. it was even calmer there than usual since it was a weekday, which i'm not used to. todd and sarah met us there and i took a couple family pics for them for their christmas card. then we took the kids so they could have some temple time too.

look at that bright red hair! savannah's such a doll! so many people commented on her gorgeous hair while we were with them this weekend.

 we took the kiddos to the pond at boyd's to feed the ducks (per james' request). he was so excited. it was adorable.

savannah thought it was pretty cool too.

we took the kids to the mall next and let me tell you it felt pretty strange to be walking around with two kids in a double stroller. felt like a flash forward to our future. i had the urge to tell everyone we're just the aunt and uncle, not the parents ha. and i felt like quite the spectacle maneuvering that stroller in urban outfitters.
we finished off the trip with more shopping (another stop at whole foods) and lunch with sarah fackender and her little fam. we couldn't believe how big gray has gotten since we last saw her! sarah was super prego and actually had her baby since saturday! woo hoo! (apparently if you're due in the second week of december you should hang with us and you'll have your kid a couple days later!)
