tonight we finally used our new fondue pot for the first time! we did a chocolate caramel recipe that was pretty good. i want to do cheese fondue too, but i didn't know if the recipes i found were good. any recommendations?
rachel ray cast iron pot. i highly recommend it, except the fuel part at the bottom was pretty lame. it was impossible to turn it to make the flame lower because you need two hands to do it, but there's only room for one, and no where to grab, and it's crazy hot... needless to say we struggled with it for a bit. brett took over though and no one got hurt ha.
we dipped pretzels, strawberries, bananas, marshmallows, and my favorite thing we dipped were these little cracker sandwiches.
here's renee enjoying the left overs that we turned into chocolate covered popcorn and chocolate covered strawberries. we're basically peterbrook...
